Job SummaryWe are seeking a specialist business services executive assistant to support neurodivergent adults. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a difference in others' lives and businesses, and who is open to learning new skills in areas such as web design, graphic design, or business strategy development.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Manage and respond to customer communications
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have fundraising experience or are eager to learn
- Have admin/clerking experience
- Know BSL or are willing to learn
- Have web development skills
