Business Operations and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Services and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Stephanie Ward Online Business Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the development of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support, managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and calendar management.
- Business Development: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Additional Tasks: Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including fundraising, administrative tasks, and web development.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Organisational and Multitasking Abilities
- Basic Marketing Skills and Understanding of Marketing Principles
- Empathetic and Patient Demeanour
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Fundraising Experience
- Admin/Clerking Experience
- Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL)
