Your Role: Hard FM Operations Lead

As the Hard FM Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the maintenance, repair, and compliance functions for our Local Authority client. This includes delivering a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance service across multiple diverse client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, including Planners/Schedulers, Small Works Managers, Asbestos Managers, and FM Administrators.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of service quality.
