About the Role:
Remedy Social Work is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Facilities Management and Capital Transformation efforts. As the Head of FM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our facilities and capital projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the development and implementation of capital projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize facilities and capital needs.
- Manage a team of 4 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and community partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management and capital transformation, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
