About the Role

As a Bank Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your responsibilities will depend on the needs of the individuals you support and can include:

  • Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities.
  • Administering and monitoring medication.
  • Helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.

We support individuals with a variety of different needs, and some of the people we support can present challenging behavior or require a high level of personal care.
