About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with varying needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals to engage with their communities through planned outings and activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Support individuals with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with professionals.
  • Provide practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, shopping, and laundry.
