About the Role

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at our Kelso services. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a variety of needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social support to individuals, including assisting with daily activities, planning and attending outings, and promoting community engagement.
  • Administering and monitoring medication, as required.
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
  • Providing practical support, including assisting with household tasks, cooking, and shopping.

Requirements
