About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of substance misuse treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
