About the RoleAs a Fraud Data Analyst - Risk Expert, you will collaborate with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution. Your contributions will directly impact customer profitability, reducing fraud losses and lowering customer friction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting proactive analysis of accounts to identify areas for improvement
- Optimizing risk assessment to detect high-risk transactions more accurately
- Providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews
- Developing action plans to improve customer maturity on our solution
- Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensuring corrections are made in a timely manner
- Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python, and various data types and formats
- Experience with data analysis tools and processes
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in English, with other languages a plus
- Ability to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
- Strong research skills and interest in fraud analysis
