Job Description

Business Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Account Executive is a key role within the Smart Solutions Group, responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business leads, develop account plans, and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including lead generation, appointment setting, and presentation delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, data analysis, and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in Welsh: Fluency in Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
