Service Co-ordinator Role

Premier Work Support is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Service Co-ordinator to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract with the possibility of the role developing into a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers, answering incoming calls, and dealing with planned preventative maintenance contracts and works, as well as emergency breakdown/reactive calls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating facilities maintenance engineers' workloads
  • Preparing quotes and ordering spare parts
  • Carrying out client, contract, and compliance administration

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience in a Service Co-ordinator role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Business and/or Administration qualifications
  • Experience of Construction Manager or similar programmes
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with free onsite parking available.

The salary for this position is £26,520 per annum, rising to £28,730 after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
