Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at RunRagged Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking celebrities and influencers for events, campaigns, and collaborations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with celebrities and/or influencers, with a proven track record of negotiating paid campaigns and managing VIP guestlists. You will have a strong understanding of talent lead events and be able to profile and match talent to a brand brief.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book celebrities and influencers for events, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Negotiate paid campaigns and manage VIP guestlists
  • Profile and match talent to a brand brief
  • Work with photographers on shoots and at events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent agents and influencers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and talent
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with celebrities and/or influencers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Office Applications
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
