Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for driving strategic category management, supplier management, and sustainability initiatives across our Indirect & IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best-in-class terms and conditions
  • Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and improve our supply chain resilience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and eliminate waste
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering strategic category management and supplier management initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of spend category management, supplier management, and sustainability legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights
