TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of the conveyancing team, you will collaborate closely with our Conveyancers to ensure seamless housing transactions for valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely responses to client queries.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of necessary legal documents and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth transaction processes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Handle initial matter setup procedures, including confirmation of instruction letters and updating client records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Conduct due diligence and comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations as needed, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
  • Manage and respond to routine client inquiries efficiently and accurately, providing clear and concise information.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a reputable conveyancing department, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
