TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of the conveyancing team, you will collaborate closely with our Conveyancers to ensure seamless housing transactions for valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the drafting of necessary legal documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Handle initial matter set-up procedures, including confirmation of instruction letters and updating client records.
  • Conduct due diligence and comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations as needed.
  • Manage and respond to routine client inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a reputable conveyancing department.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
