About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Shred-it. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
