Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to manage a critical environment office, overseeing key responsibilities including:

  • Developing and implementing site Standard Operating Procedures (SSoW), issuing and controlling all permits to work.
  • Proficiently navigating and understanding Building Management systems, including nominal BMS, HV Scada, lighting controls, lift, fire Alarm system, and VA.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act, with responsibility for themselves and others.
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings, possessing good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and effective communication.
  • Having appropriate up-to-date training, such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
  • Requiring full Client DV Security clearance.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working under pressure, be a time-served engineer with expertise in building services, and have a recognized electrical qualification. They must fully understand all elements of power generation, particularly Standby Emergency Power, UPS, and be appointed as a HV AP.

This is a Security Clearance position.
