Our client, a leading global investment bank based in London, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Control Room Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Control Room function, ensuring the processing, preparation, and submission of all daily control room reports as required.
- Oversee the workflow, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and the maintenance of accurate records.
- Process PAD requests, Gift & Entertainment requests, and Outside Business Interests submissions.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the control room, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the central compliance function to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a control room role, preferably in a compliance team at an investment bank.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in capital markets and sales and trading.
- Familiarity with MIFID, MAR, and EMIR regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
