Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Room Supervisor to oversee the management of a critical Environment office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing site Standard Operating Procedures (SSoW), issuing and controlling all permits to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Building Management systems, including nominal BMS, HV Scada, lighting controls, lift, and fire Alarm system.
  • Ensure compliance with building Statutory Regulations and maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and provide effective communication.
  • Hold a recognized electrical Qualification and have experience in building services working in a critical environment such as DATA Centre, MOD.
  • Obtain and maintain full Client DV Security clearance.

Requirements:

  • Time served engineer with experience in building services.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Appropriate up-to-date training, such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
