  • Collaborate with our Home Manager and Nutritional Therapist to develop menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents.
  • Manage the catering team, ensuring that every meal is prepared and served with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and serving, adhering to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
