About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a Children's Supported Living service in New Milton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young adults with learning difficulties and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar environment
  • Proven experience working with children and young adults
  • Driving license and ability to commit to 38 hours per week
