We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a Children's Supported Living service in New Milton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young adults with learning difficulties and autism.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar environment
- Proven experience working with children and young adults
- Driving license and ability to commit to 38 hours per week
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 plus mileage
