Support Worker - New Milton Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks, attending groups, and accessing the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and person-centered support to clients
  • Supporting clients with college, work, and leisure activities
  • Promoting independent living skills, such as personal care, medication management, and budgeting
  • Helping clients achieve their hopes and wishes

Requirements:

  • Car driver with the use of a car for work
  • Understanding and knowledge of people with disabilities
  • Care or support work experience
  • Ability to provide personal care to female residents
  • Willingness to work sleep-in shifts
