Job Title: Floating Support Worker

Dimensions is a leading social care organisation that provides support to adults with complex care needs. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Floating Support Worker to join our team in the New Milton area.

About the Role:

  • Provide highly skilled and flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities to ensure they enjoy fulfilled lives.
  • Work closely with the Resource Allocation Manager to develop and implement support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support individuals to access community resources, such as education, employment, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Essential driving skills and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and sleep ins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
