Job Opportunity with Oakleaf Partnership

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership, a reputable business in the Hospitality & Leisure sector. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law and experience in employee relations.

Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior HR Advisor with casework, including management of employee relations, performance management, and coaching department managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department managers and other stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings as a note taker and guide each stage of the process.
  • Support other remits within the HR team as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, with strong knowledge of employee relations casework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification at junior level is desirable but not essential.
