Paid Search Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at fishtank, a global fintech company with offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical and analytical Paid Search Manager to lead our direct response paid search campaigns through the mid-funnel and low-funnel performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
- Interrogate data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Utilize AI and machine learning to automate bidding, personalize ad copy, and improve targeting.
- Manage campaign tracking, tagging, and conversion tracking.
- Work with external agencies to build relationships and challenge strategies.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in paid search, campaign management, and optimization.
- Skilled in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Good knowledge of paid search campaigns conversion tracking and setup.
- Highly technical in paid search platforms.
- Skilled in Google Analytics and analytics tools.
