We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search campaigns for clients, working closely with your team to execute AI-powered search practices and implement them on your assembly of clients.
You will be a specialist in executing AI-powered search practices and implementing them on your assembly of clients. With your robust platform knowledge, you'll navigate client and partner relationships, ensuring that your team delivers impeccable operations, innovation, media plans, performance optimisation and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the performance of paid search campaigns for clients, working closely with your team to execute AI-powered search practices and implement them on your assembly of clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and meet client objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including campaign performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in paid search management, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
