About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Advisor to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the technical attributes of our expanding vehicle fleet, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement technical strategies to improve fleet performance and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive planning, resolution, and execution of complex technical projects.
  3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Amazon senior management, to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, technical development, or a related technical role in the commercial mobility or automotive industry.
  3. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
