We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at The Midcounties Co-operative. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification.
