The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Modelling Analyst to contribute to our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our sophisticated capital model, ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness in managing financial risk.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the meticulous parameterization of various components within the capital model, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and review of capital model outputs, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in strategic projects, contributing your analytical expertise to propose innovative solutions for model development and enhancement.
  • Maintain comprehensive internal documentation for the capital model, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • A strong academic background with a university degree in a STEM field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in quantitative analysis, demonstrating your ability to apply analytical techniques to complex financial problems.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of basic programming languages such as SQL and SAS.
