Travelers is in search of a Capital Modelling Analyst to enhance our analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the parametrisation of diverse elements within the capital model, conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of model outputs, and support potential advancements in model development utilizing tools such as Tyche or Python. This position presents a chance to engage in strategic initiatives, uphold internal model documentation, and foster process improvements in a dynamic setting.

  • Oversee the parametrisation of various elements of the capital model
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of capital model outputs
  • Engage in strategic initiatives with execution responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for model development
  • Maintain and enhance internal model documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
  • Completion of 3 or more Actuarial examinations is preferred
  • Fundamental programming skills (e.g., SQL, SAS)
  • Familiarity with insurance products and the industry
