The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Team at McDonald's. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering construction projects for our iconic brand, working closely with our Senior Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from scoping and design review to project delivery and handover.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including franchised owner/operators, external consultants, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Leading and managing teams of consultants to deliver project scope, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with key stakeholders, including franchised owner/operators and their teams.
  • Providing project updates and progress reports to Senior Project Managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working client-side for a retail or QSR business, or as a project manager within a consultancy.
  • A proven record of managing multiple in-flight projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • A full UK driving licence, as travel to sites will be required.
