About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Team at McDonald's. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing construction projects for our iconic brand, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from scoping and design to completion.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver project scope.
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in a retail or QSR environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
