About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Team at McDonald's. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing construction projects for our iconic brand, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from scoping and design to completion.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver project scope.
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in a retail or QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
