To qualify for this role, candidates must possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a similar credential.
As a Care Assistant, your primary duties will encompass:
- Being an integral member of the team, dedicated to enhancing the well-being and providing exceptional care to residents.
- Supporting daily activities, which include personal care tasks, organizing social outings, and offering companionship.
- Encouraging independence and well-being while assisting vulnerable individuals with their everyday routines.
- Consistently maintaining accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- A sincere passion for providing care to others.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- A proactive and positive approach to all tasks.
The successful Care Assistant will receive a competitive hourly wage of £12.00, translating to an annual salary of £22,464. This position is full-time and permanent, with daytime shifts. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
