Role Overview

As the organization continues to grow, the founder is seeking a motivated Assistant Care Manager to support the Service Manager in advancing the business. This role involves assisting in the management of the staff team and taking on leadership responsibilities during the Service Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure that the staff team is well-trained and proficient in their roles.
  • Promote and uphold the expected standards of care through effective training and mentorship.
  • Oversee small to medium-sized teams, ensuring compliance with KLOE's and CQC guidelines.
  • Support the Service Manager in operational tasks and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a domiciliary care environment and demonstrate confidence in managing teams. A foundational understanding of KLOE's and CQC regulations is essential to effectively support the Service Manager.

Compensation
