Job Summary
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to support older people or individuals with disabilities in their own homes. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and household assistance. You will also encourage our clients to participate in social activities and access community resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Assist with household chores and tasks
- Encourage clients to participate in social activities and access community resources
Requirements
- Good attitude and strong communication skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Basic knowledge of personal care and support
