Laser Cutter and CNC Machine Field Installation/Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our installation and service team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our laser cutting and CNC machines at customer sites.

About the Role:

  • Install, commission, and maintain laser cutting and CNC machines at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our machines
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with our machines
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services
