Job Title: Head of Performance

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Performance. As a leading charity recruitment specialist, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice services across multiple channels, maximizing engagement and access. This will involve working closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that meet local needs, are effectively managed, consistently delivered, and developed to achieve funder requirements, agreed KPIs, accreditation, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality advice services
  • Work closely with the team to ensure effective management and delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders, stakeholders, and other key partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and services
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of advice and advice issues, including housing, debt, employment, and benefits. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
