Job Title: Head of Performance

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Performance.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice services across multiple channels, maximizing engagement and access. This will involve ensuring that advice services meet local needs, are effectively managed, consistently delivered, and developed to achieve funder requirements, agreed KPIs, accreditation, and contractual obligations, client outcomes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-performance advice services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve advice services
  • Ensure advice services meet local needs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and develop a team to achieve high performance
  • Develop partnerships to improve advice services

Requirements:
