About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator/Analyst to join our team at Workingmums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering a range of pension schemes, ensuring that all client and member enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering DB and DC pension schemes, with a focus on ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client and member enquiries.
  • Providing support to less experienced team members, including checking calculations and ensuring ongoing learning and development.
  • Performing a wide range of calculations and being involved in scheme project work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of pensions experience, gained from either a consultancy or in-house background.
  • Good knowledge of DB and DC schemes, including manual and computerised calculations.
  • Strong administration and communication skills, with a keen desire to develop technically.
