About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Kingspan Data & Flooring. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement a localized marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Kingspan brand and marketing communications approach.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.

Manage Marketing Budget

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.

Monitor and Report Performance

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.

Requirements
  • Educational Background

Educated to degree level in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline, or hold equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager role.

Professional Experience

Proven success in either an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably from the construction industry.

Technical Skills

Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador.

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Leadership Skills

Be a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.

Attention to Detail

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-manage as projects are assigned.

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface across teams, suppliers, and agencies.

Time Management

Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to be flexible and creative.
