Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement Kingspan Data & Flooring's localised marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Kingspan brand and marketing approach.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.

Manage Marketing Budget

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.

Monitor and Report Campaign Performance

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimise performance.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Ensure Marketing Compliance

Ensure full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

Educated to degree level in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline, or hold equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager role.

Proven Success in Marketing

Proven success in either an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably from the construction industry.

Technical Skills

Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.

Leadership and Self-Management

Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude, be a collaborative team player, and be able to self-manage as projects are assigned.

Time Management and Organisation

Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to be flexible and creative.
