Job Summary

The Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Planned and Surgical Care Directorate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an efficient and high-quality medical records service across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic creation and changes, ensuring seamless scheduling and appointment management.
  • Oversee clinic cancellations, reappointments, and availability checks to optimize clinic slots.
  • Support the Team Leader in monitoring capacity and managing new and follow-up waiting lists.
  • Perform cash-up clinics and conduct follow-up activities to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assume annual leave cover for the Team Leader to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
  • A good standard of general education to GCSE level (5 GCSE grade A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in booking outpatient appointments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency in using iCS and ERS systems.
