Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Patient Pathway Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of medical records services at our Sir Robert Ogden Centre.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering outpatient bookings and overseeing patient journeys, prioritizing tasks to meet waiting time standards and Patient Access Policy. Working closely with the Long Term and Unscheduled Care Directorate, this role involves managing appointments, monitoring clinics, and communicating with patients and clinical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Monitor waiting lists and capacity to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments to facilitate continuity of care.
  • Provide training and support to the Lead Coordinator, ensuring seamless operations.

The successful candidate must possess a good standard of general education, previous experience in booking outpatient appointments, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
