We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried GP to join our team at Sussex Primary Care. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary medical services to patients, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Accredited as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or have 5 years experience as a full-time GP with a demonstrable commitment to quality practice.
- Currently on a performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary and skill-mixed team environment.
- Experience of working to achieve standards within the Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF).
- Clinical Governance.
- Primary care prevention and screening services.
- Self-audit and reflection.
- Organised and efficient in record keeping and completion of paperwork.
- Time management, being able to prioritise work and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy.
- Adaptability to change.
