Salaried General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at Chapel Street Surgery, part of Sussex Primary Care.
As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical services to our registered patients, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive consultations and care to patients, including routine check-ups, health promotion, and disease prevention.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives, to maintain and improve patient safety and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Accredited as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or have 5 years experience as a full-time GP with a demonstrable commitment to quality practice.
- Currently on a performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
