As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical services to our registered patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and working in line with national primary care contractual regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits.
- Manage patient records, including repeat prescriptions, test results, and medical reports.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists, to provide integrated care.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Care Quality Commission.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced General Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively as part of a team.
Essential qualifications include a medical degree, membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), and current registration with the General Practitioner Register.
Experience of working in a primary care setting, with a commitment to quality practice and patient safety, is also essential.
