About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Pursuit Resources Group. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable volume, Gross Sales Value (GSV), and brand share growth within a designated sales region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Prepare annual and quarterly objectives in line with national account and company strategy.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and develop opportunity areas to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Support: Secure support for marketing and promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Forecast, monitor, and control volume, GSV, and contribution targets and spend budgets.
  • Account Management: Ensure maximum margins are achieved by account and monitor and control account payments to agreed terms.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze and monitor volume, GSV, and contribution progress by account.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term business relationships with relevant contacts for each account.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports as directed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant personnel.

  • Analytical Skills: Numerate, analytical, and IT literate with a strong understanding of sales data and analytics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable approach to ever-changing company and trade requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative approach to problem-solving with a strong ability to think outside the box.
  • Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of sales targets and objectives.
