About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead our team of surveying, data, and property professionals in understanding our assets and customers, collecting data to drive decisions on asset programmes and strategy.

The successful candidate will develop, manage, and maintain the Asset Management database, ensuring data quality and integrity, and lead the Property Investment Team in producing Long Term Financial Plans and annual maintenance plans, working with Finance teams to ensure financial viability.

This role will ensure our homes are safe, desirable, and sustainable through investment programmes, meeting regulatory requirements such as Decent Homes, EPC C 2030, and HHSRS compliance.

About You

You will be an experienced Asset Manager with a Degree in a property-related discipline or data management, or a professional qualification, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to ensure compliance with property legislation and regulation.

Previous experience in managing asset management databases and using data to inform asset strategy is an advantage, as is managing a stock condition data collection process and supporting surveying staff with technical queries.

Good understanding of budgets and budget setting is essential, as is a proven track record of making informed decisions and providing advice on investment and divestment decisions.
