About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and validity of our property data. Your primary focus will be on producing comprehensive data analysis from our asset management systems to provide financial, performance, quality, and investment data reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring data infrastructure is efficient and effective
  • Collecting, collating, and administering property-related data in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting corporate property data-related projects
  • Providing specialized administrative support to the team and department

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. If you have experience working in a property maintenance environment using asset management databases, we would love to hear from you.
